Hi friends!
Do you ever lie?
I’ve noticed that many people with ADHD tend to lie—not to be dishonest, but to hide their struggles. When I shared a post about this on Instagram, so many of you opened up about lying as a way to avoid rejection or being criticized for ADHD behaviors. That’s why I thought it was worth exploring this topic more deeply in a new YouTube video.
I really hope you’re enjoying these animated videos because… they are a lot of work 😅. Honestly, I almost didn’t finish this one. You know that feeling when you’re 10–15% away from completing a task, but it feels impossible to push through? Yep, that’s exactly what happened.
But I did it! I pushed through because I know so many of you enjoyed the last one—and that means a lot to me. If you relate, please like the video and subscribe to my YouTube channel. That little boost of sweet dopamine helps keep me going 🥹🙏💕

Let me know what you think of the video, and if you relate, I’d love to hear from you!
Have a lovely day ☀️

THIS. I had no idea this was something other divergents and particularly those with adhd, struggled with. With my job, it is an ongoing thing. I'm late because of some emergency, not because my ADHD makes it difficult to be on time. Thankfully, my job is very forgiving and I guess because I do very well at my job (in sales) they decided it's a trade off lol! This video and content was perfect. I'm new here, and can't wait to see what else you've got in store!
Childhood memories unlocked! I'd never made this link before, better late than never. Such an accessable video too.
