In 2020, at the age of 29, I was diagnosed with ADHD and launched my Instagram, The Mini ADHD Coach. Almost four years and hundreds of doodles about ADHD later, I feel the call for something new.
Now, I understand how ADHD impacts my life, but I want to broaden my horizons and learn how to improve my mental health, my relationships with others, and my relationship with myself. For that, I need to study.
However, studying with an ADHD brain is not always easy.
So here’s the plan: I’ll read mental health and psychology books every month and create doodles about what I learn. This will not only help me stay accountable but maybe you’ll learn some things too!
I’ll also share other resources and personal reflections about mental health along the way! I hope you’ll enjoy this journey and that together we’ll learn how to feel better and understand our noodles 🧠
If you’re excited to explore mental health and psychology with fun and easy-to-digest doodles, make sure to subscribe to Noodle Doodles.
And I already made a lot of doodles about it, so stay tuned!
