I totally get this...but...the issue is, even if they do 'accept' my needs, I won't really believe that they do, and think they're just being polite - or even that they're relieved they got out of hanging out with me...(Like "Oh.... If they'd meant it, they might have suggested chilling and watching a movie or something instead of shopping. They mustn't like me. Oh well ...guess I shouldn't bug them anymore..." (and then of course I won't suggest hanging out like that instead because I think they don't like me so they won't want to and I don't want to force them to be polite and do it anyway...)) 🤷‍♂️ A never-ending spiral of RSD/low-self-esteem....

I’m a teacher in junior high- could I print off some of your pictures to post in my classroom? I think they’d really help my students.
